Education through seminars and trainings is conducted three-four times a year. In addition every three months individual trainings of each manager in context of business mode is maintained during two-three weeks period.

Training is conducted by a team of trainers from center Alternativniy Put [literal translation: Alternative Route] under the guidance of Mark Palchik.

The rest of the time the company has its own team of assistants which conducts training in supportive groups two - four times a week and works individually with students on their request.
